Our team creates business value through continuously monitoring our network & systems, ensuring safety, security, and compliance of Baker Hughes network.As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for:Supporting and resolving Okta-related incidents, requests, and changes.Monitoring of Okta security, agents, imports, and certificate lifecycle.Escalating and collaborating with higher levels of support including 3rd party.Adhering to ITIL change management processes.Providing rotational, 24/7 on-call support.Learning and partnering with senior teammates to participate in projects to polish and showcase your skills.To be successful in this role you must have:A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM implementation or Level 2 support.A willingness to work in US and Europe rotation shifts.Experience implementing and supporting Okta and other IAM solutions.The ability to support application integration with Okta.Knowledge of processes and flows of Open ID Connect, SAML, OAuth.Knowledge of API integration with Okta for authentication.Experience configuring Okta policies for global session, authentication, and authenticator enrollment.Experience with Okta Access Gateway including deployment, maintenance, and application onboarding.Experience with Okta agents including Active Directory, LDAP, and RADIUS.Experience in technologies such as Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS.Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Good to have:Okta training certification.Experience implementing Okta workflows.Experience with Okta provisioning agent.Knowledge or experience with any other IAM technology such as digital certificates.Programming experience, especially with PowerShell.Work in a way that works for you.We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
