We are searching for a Identity Management Operations Support specialistWe are seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mexico City office and be onsite 3 days a week.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Identity Management Operations Support.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support for our organization's identity management systems and processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our identity management systems and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.

A company with a strong Brand and strong results to matchCulture of internal mobility, collaboration and valued partnership from the business.Employee Resource Groups which provide access to leaders, relevant volunteer and mentoring opportunities and interactions with counterparts in industry groups and client organizations.Entitled to vacation, floating holidays, time off to give back to your community, sick days, and national holidays (with early dismissal).We will count on you to: Provide day-to-day operational support for identity management systems, including application onboarding, client onboarding and certificate renewals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and timely onboarding of applications, clients and certificate renewals.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity management systems, including onboarding related issues.Monitor system logs and alerts to identify and address any potential security or operational issues.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity management and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and security.What you need to have:5 to 7 years of experience.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Proven experience in supporting identity management systems and processes.Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including authentication standards and protocols.Familiarity with industry-standard identity management tools and technologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional customer service.Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are highly desirable.What makes you stand outPrior experience with ADFS, Okta.
RSA/OutseerKnowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) Technologies (Identity Providers, Assertion Consumer Service, Entity ID, Signature Encryption, Claims/Attributes Management, etc.)
Experience with Security Protocols SAML 2.0, WS-FED, OIDC & IdP/SP Initiated SSO
