You will partner with collaborators from across the network to ensure that access aligns with our 'zero trust' initiative and supports 'need-to-know-only' access. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure secure and efficient access management. Evaluate user access requests and ensure user compliance with program setup as well as 'least privilege' principles. Drive activities before, during and after RBAC implementation by performing data analysis, showing incredible attention to detail, and coordinating SOEs between the RBAC team, IAM platform owners, LDAP, AD, and entitlement policy authorities to ensure a smooth implementation with minimal impact to the business. Requirements and QualificationsSolid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-based Access Control (RBAC) concepts. Hands-on experience with IAG platforms (SailPoint preferred). Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. Cooperative and inclusive with a positive attitude, well-suited for working across geographical and organizational cultures. Superb communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications/professional experience. Related disciplines considered. Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on RBAC. Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
