Req ID 70798 | MSSC Monterrey 2, Mexico, Eurofren Investment, S. de R.L. de C.V. The team is globally distributed and has a dynamic and multicultural atmosphere with contact to all ZF business areas. We are looking for a Support Expert in our IAM User Services (FIIU1) department in Monterrey. Join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization within IT. User Services provides second-level support for all IAM topics, assisting all business areas with issues in our IAM landscape and implementing business requirements in the IAM systems. Your Tasks Provide specific, worldwide, and self-dependent support for business areas and translate business requirements into authorization concepts, based on existing regulations in the responsible areas, technologies, and system landscapes. Develop and implement authorization concepts independently in the area of Identity and Access Management. Create training materials and documentation for end users and other user groups for the IAM systems. Conduct trainings for business areas or users, planned or on short notice, regarding IAM topics and IAM tools. Manage identities, accounts, passwords, groups/roles, and their assignments independently in all responsible areas, technologies, and system landscapes. Lead sub-projects or collaborate on projects in the IAM area independently. Ensure data quality for identities and accounts to comply with existing security and compliance policies. Your Profile Graduate degree or equivalent education in Information Security or Computer Science. Experience with and strong understanding of IAM tasks in IAM systems, including Active Directory, Azure Directory, and LDAP systems (beneficial). Ability to understand and translate business issues into technical analysis and problem-solving. Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical authorization solutions, demonstrating conceptual thinking, open-mindedness, and creative problem-solving. Assertiveness and strong communication skills; fluent English skills, German is a plus. Ability to work independently in a matrix organization and enjoy working with agile and international teams.
