team provides global engineering and operational support for the Active Directory infrastructure as well as user/computer identity related processes and functions including Microsoft 365.
The Identity and access mgmt.
team is responsible for the availability, security, and performance of a multiple Active Directory Forest environments and associated Functions.
As the team that maintains a core infrastructure service, the team must collaborate with a number of business segments and technical groups whose operations and interests rely heavily upon a healthy Active Directory environment
Major Accountabilities:
- Infrastructure Health Monitoring
- Active Directory Engineering
- Active Directory Operations
- Support Ticket Resolution
- Create/Maintain and Enhance Team Processes and Documentation
- Account Management
- Active Directory Windows Server Related Functional Support for GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI, DFS and Other Domain Relevant Services.
- BS/BA degree in a relevant Business or Information Technology area;
- 8+ years working with Microsoft Products
- 5+ years Active Directory Support experience.
- 5+ years of support experience with Windows Server 2016 and above
- Advanced level experience with PowerShell, and/or shell scripting capabilities
- Technical familiarity with implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Solid understanding of underlying hardware components (storage, networking, etc.)
- Positive team-first attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess sound analytical and problem solving capabilities
Nice to have:
