Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Identity Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Micron.As an Identity Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) systems to ensure secure and efficient user access across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirements.Perform custom development and configuration of SailPoint to align with organizational policies and regulations.Integrate SailPoint with existing IT infrastructure and applications to ensure seamless user experience.Configure IAG platform connectors, schema, workflows, user interface, and enterprise roles to enable use cases and user stories developed by Product Management.Configure and customize IAG reports to meet business needs and provide actionable insights.Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations, including preventive maintenance and patching from product vendors.Conduct DR and performance testing to guarantee system reliability and efficiency.Develop test harnesses for repeatable testing and quality assurance.Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, connector, interface, and reporting issues as they arise.Proactively monitor IAG platform, source, and target integrations for issues before and after implementation.Develop and maintain runbooks for day-to-day operations of IGA platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions and improve operations.Build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other business partners.RequirementsBachelor's/ master's degree in information security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications/professional experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management.Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and principles.Hands-on experience with IAG platforms, preferably SailPoint.Experience working with development languages, such as Java.Technical understanding of IAG capabilities, intersection with other cyber security domains, products, vendors, and industry practices.Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.Demonstrated partnership and collaboration, willingness to assist others, and skilled at building strong peer relationships.Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.Estimated salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
