The role is responsible for the communication and cooperation with the R&D and middle platform departments, planning all localized game content for the region including but not limited to region-relevant in-game characters, character skins & cosmetics, and other special programs.The Operation Manager will work cross-functionally across the team to identify market-specific opportunities that can be bought to life in the game to drive player growth and engagement. The performance of these programs will be continuously monitored vs goals.**Responsibilities**:Analyze player data and competitive data sets to understand the behavior of the current player base in the context of the marketplace.Be able to plan active-themed events of local festivals based on LATAM local preferences and culture, design and follow up the launch of active events, output effective analysis, and summary, and continuously adjust optimization direction.Be able to design and output localization proposals such as in-game features, worldview and related resources based on LATAM local preferences and culture.According to the regional user behavior, able to coordinate with marketing and community teams to set plans for collaboration events, and reward resources investment and production.Be familiar with local user preferences and MOBA game genres and output systematic and implementable proposals for the product's gameplays
