Our client is looking for a Project Controller who will support the fund in investment management, reporting and workstreams throughout the lifecycle of renewable investments - including transactions and divestments. This position is based in Mexico City. What the job involvesBuild, implement, and maintain costs controlling models for projects in Latin America, during the construction and operations phases.Elaborate reports for the investment teams and other stakeholders on financial performance of investments; review of internal reports, external annual reports and tax reporting.Oversee and control service provider activities.Review the forecast on cash requirements for all the portfolio investments.Coordinate with investment teams and asset managers on cash flow requirements.Elaborate the month-end closing in accordance with the agreed closing procedures and deadlines.Monthly control of accounts including cost controlling, balance sheet controlling, and others related.Who we are looking forRelevant experience in a private or public accounting firm or in a controlling position. Experience with renewable energy projects is a plus.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
