**What will you do**:
**He / She will be responsible for the standardization of processes for the IMMEX program management across the organization, the development of sustainable processes based on continuous improvement methodologies, connecting with the rest of the functional areas involved in the management of materials imported under temporary basis.**:
**Lead projects along with internal IT department and external systems suppliers, to automate inputs required, such as: BOMs or work orders, materials catalogs, UOM, SCRAP reports, inventories backflushes, materials adjustments.**:
**Report and improve our IMMEX control program KPIs as well as supervise the service rendered from our system's provider and supervise all stakeholder's interaction in this process.**:
**Analyze **and **make decisions **based on the output of the process of backflush balances and reports to Mexican customs authorities (Annex 24 & 30).**:
**How will you do it**:
- **Root-cause analysis **and mistake proofing actions to improve continuously our processes.**:
- **Creating SOPs based on the regional and specific site perspective.**:
- **Data analysis to identify patterns of behavior.**:
- **Identify when the process can be migrated to an automated interaction between systems.**:
- **Provide training and deliver effective communication to all parties involved in the process.**:
**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- **Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Commerce (LIN, LCI, LRI) or related field.**:
- **Minimum experience of 5 years working with IMMEX programs and systems (Annex 24 and SCCCyG).**:
- **Knowledge of the IMMEX Decree legal framework, general customs rules, and customs law in Mexico.**:
- **Thorough understanding of root cause analysis methodologies (8D's, Ishikawa diagrams, decision tree) among others, poka-yoke concept, and other methodologies to drive automatization in the IMMEX inventory management process.**:
- **Data stage analysis (customs reports)**:
