**Position**:
IMMEX Program Manager
Arrow Electronics is looking for an IMMEX Program Manager to join our team in Guadalajara!
This position is responsible for IMMEX program management across all Arrow business units operating in Mexico.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
Report out status to business stakeholders in Mexico, and the corporate Transportation management
- Lead projects to ensure IMMEX compliance as business unit volumes grow
Will work closely with Transportation and Warehouse operations managers at multiple sites across Mexico to ensure overall IMMEX program level compliance for each business unit
- Will coordinate overall program reporting and issue tracking across multiple locations including Nogales, Guadalajara, Acuna, Juarez, and multiple In-Plant-Store (IPS) stocking locations
- Identify, lead, and support IMMEX and related trade compliance process improvements through analysis, continuous improvement, and overall program management
Coordinate support activities with third party legal and consulting organizations such as KPMG
- Will run reports from Aranxel, develop presentations, and communicate with senior leadership on complex topics that impact inventory stocking strategies, and trade operations
- Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receives guidance from manager in the USA
**What We're Looking For**:
- Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience, specifically in IMMEX operations and program management
- Two
- or four-year degree with content in business, logistics, law, or trade compliance
- Bilingual and ability to communicate on complex topics in both English and Spanish
- Requires basic skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with a Supply Chain with multiple locations across Mexico
- High tech or electronics experience preferred

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:
$58,483.33 - $62,700.00 MXN Monthly
