**OVERVIEW**:
Working as Fastenal Mexico's IMMEX & ANNEX 24/30 ANALYST you will be a strategic link between Fastenal's Sales Teams & Customs Broker. Your main responsibility will be leading and collaborating with the groups supporting store and customs compliance needs relative to regulatory and/or customer demands. This individual will report to the Mexico Trade Compliance team while helping manage of IMMEX and Annex 24/30 systems, create solutions, and enforce compliance throughout Mexico. Some key areas supportedby this team include: Trade Compliance, Sales & Operations Teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Enforcing company policy with regards to Customs & Compliance.
- Enforcing company policy with regards IMMEX Decree.
- Monitor the KPIs of Temporal Branches.
- Responsible to practice audits to the Temporal Branches.
- Maintain complete administration of the internal customs inventory control system (Annex 24) utilized by the
import and export operation.
- Responsible for maintaining the data base of the inventory control system (Annex 24) accurate and reconciled against
official Mexican Customs Report (Data Stage).
- Responsible to obtain the necessary information to prepare the analysis to be able to perform the discharge.
Process, such as bill of materials, quantities, values, HTS codes, etc.
- Prepare the appropriate discharges reports for consumptions of materials, components and machinery as required.
by the VAT certification and submit the report through the Government portal (SAT portal) as required by Annex 31
of the Foreign Trade Laws.
- Monitor materials and components imported to Mexico in temporary basis that are not getting the correct consumptions in the discharge process through the correct bill of materials.
- Monitor materials that are obsolete or have low movement to take the appropriate actions.
- Control the scrap though the inventory control system (Annex 24).
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess at least 3 years of compliance work experience in IMMEX, Annex 24 & 30.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
- Proficient using Excel advanced.
- Experience in Annex 24 systems.
- Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Availability to travel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Spanish)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite & Smartsheet.

- Possess a current full valid driver's license, and Visa.
**PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Possess at least 3 years of compliance work IMMEX/Annex 24 & 30.
- Experience on Annex 24 systems (Aranxel preferred).
- Possess a degree in International Trade Compliance, International Business, or relevant field.
- Prior Experience in customs and compliance.
- Excel certified.
