We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.**Position Summary**:**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Initiates immigration cases and ensure all documents are provided within assigned deadlines- Drafts various elements of Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) and Immigrant Visa (IV) cases, including cover/support letters, immigration forms, and supporting documents- Identifies issues during case production and escalates as needed- Reviews drafted work for accuracy- Conducts necessary data entry, including uploading documents received from clients and entering client details in case and document management systems- Assists with overflow work and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned**Skills & Competencies**:- Position requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation- High attention to detail, outstanding organizational and analytical skills and the ability to manage time effectively- Be able to work independently toward team goals- Ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands**Qualifications & Prior Experience**:- University/College degree or equivalent experience- Minimum of 1 year experience in a law firm/office environment- Familiar with immigration law/processes preferred**Greenberg Traurig is an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
