We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.**Position Summary**:**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Generates internal reports, including monthly reports on status document expirations, max-out dates, green card eligibility, and conditional green card expirations- Updates case management system with immigration status documents, job details, and other client information- Completes reporting requests from client and internal team- Requests the opening of billing matters and assist with legal services agreements/engagement letters- Audits client records and conduct data cleansing- Migrates data and documents for new clients to firm systems- Codes immigration templates into case management system- Works on other data requests as needed**Skills & Competencies**:- Position requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines- Ability to communicate professionally and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staff- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under mínimal supervision- Outstanding case management and organizational skills- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation- High attention to detail, outstanding organizational and analytical skills and the ability to manage time effectively- Be able to work independently toward team goals- Ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands**Qualifications & Prior Experience**:- University/College degree or equivalent experience- Minimum of 1 year experience in a law firm/office environment- Experience with data entry and reporting- Experience with data management and analysis tools including Excel and Power BI preferred- Familiar with immigration law/processes preferred**Greenberg Traurig is an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
