Immigration Paralegal - Remote

Position Available: Immigration Paralegal at Motion Law LLC.Our clients originate from all over the world. We treat our clients with respect, and we strive to provide them with excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Handle removal defense and family-based immigration cases with USCIS and NVC.Compile biographical information and data from clients and enter the information into our forms and case management database.Communicate with clients and various government agencies.Prepare filings for EOIR/ECAS and USCIS forms.Prepare filings for attorney review.Manage a high volume of files while maintaining effective communication with clients.Minimum Requirements:At least one year of experience in U.S. immigration law, including cases of asylum, family petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, and U-Visas.Bilingual (Spanish/English) with the ability to interpret and translate legal documents.Ability to proof-read, draft letters from templates, and use checklists.Experience with heavy client contact, phones, and calendaring of appointments.Proficiency in case management and forms software, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills.Positive attitude and ability to work with persons from other cultures.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15,000.00 - $26,000.00 per monthWork Location: On the roadIf you want to be a part of a vibrant legal team that believes in providing the best representation to the immigrant community, then you may be the right fit!#J-18808-Ljbffr
