_**Responsibilities include**:_
- **Internal Project Management**:

- Collaborate with internal project managers on client calls.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive client project trackers.
- Evaluate data quality and software performance after deployment.
- Conduct reinforcement training for clients on software functionalities.
- **Data & Integration Specialist Duties**:

- Conduct thorough due diligence to identify key details within project contracts.
- Extract compliance requirements from complex legal documents.
- Support bulk contract abstraction efforts, adhering to client style guides.
- Process new clients through bulk abstraction services during onboarding.
- Escalate critical decisions, issues, and opportunities to ensure project success.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for client workflows.
- Ensure quality control of client-delivered abstractions.

Preferred Experience

2+ years of compliance experience preferred.

Edits work for accuracy and clarity, is able to create, read, and interpret complex written information. Ability to develop strong interpersonal networks within the organization. Experience reviewing project agreements & terms, with the ability to identify material terms a plus.
- **Planning/organizing**: Prioritizes and plans work activities, project timelines, tracks project deadlines, and uses time efficiently.
- **Adaptability**: Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent interruptions, changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- **Problem solving** Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and reviews information appropriately. Uses own judgment and acts independently; seeks input from other team members as appropriate for complex or sensitive situations.
- **Passion**: Demonstrates passion to learn in a rapidly growing and oftentimes unstructured environment.
- **Technology**: Proficient in the use of Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Prepares and / or provides ad hoc reports for executive management use.
- **Reporting**: Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- **Technical knowledge in the following areas**:

- Contract Compliance

Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry
- Competency with Microsoft Suite and other technologies
