Job Summary:   As an Implementation Specialist you will support internal clients with implementing technical systems, software and solutions.
You will evaluate use cases and business needs to suggest and develop configurations, execute delivery and implementation plans to deploy solutions that support business objectives and processes.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, documenting and following technical processes, testing and troubleshooting software systems, and providing excellent end-user support with a positive attitude during and after the implementation process.
This role will report to the Senior Director of Implementation.
Key Responsibilities/Requirements: 2+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consultancy, or similar roles.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience in HubSpot system administration, configuration, and development.
Experience with Salesforce administration and integration.
Strong knowledge of APIs and integrations.
Proficiency in collaboration tools like Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Draw.io.
Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Team You will be reporting to the Director of Technology, and there are currently 80 people in the whole company.
Timezone The client offers flexibility.
As long as you can overlap approximately 5 hours per day with CDT, it's fine.
