We are seeking a highly motivated Implementation & Support Engineer to deploy software installations and upgrades.The Implementation Engineer will work with one of the most widely used telehealth SaaS platforms in the United States.Your main activities will be:Perform complete, accurate, and timely entry of information into Salesforce for all cases.Implement, troubleshoot, and support our software solutions in a wide array of configurations and customer environments.Provide general product information, configuration support, collection of relevant technical problem identification information, and filter non-technical problems from technical problems.Utilize secure remote access technologies such as VPN's and WebEx to diagnose and resolve customer issues.Occasional travel may be required.Benefits we have for you:- Competitive base salary- Benefits provided by law- This is a 100% remote position for residents from any state in Mexico.- Full time position with 100% payroll scheme + additional benefits.- Friendly, small company environment with collaborative culture.**Requirements**:3 years of technical customer service experienceExperience with contact center technologies from leading IP telephony vendors such as Cisco, Avaya, NEC or Mitel desired but not required.Excellent proficient business English - both verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.Windows Server OS knowledge.Basic experience using database technologies e.G., Microsoft SQL, ODBC, etc.IP Telephony experience beneficial, not required.Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree.¿Are you ready to continue your career? ¿What do you expect?
