.**Job Title**: Implementation Consultant (Consultor Funcional EMR)**In this role, you have the opportunity to**The Implementation Consultant is responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support hardware and software solutions, including problem identification, system architecture definition / specification, implementation, basic integration, validation and verification testing, customer education, solution activation, and system restorationThe Consultant works with a variety of customers across the globe to conceptualize, design and optimize Philips solutions with the aiming for customer success. Designing for these unique environments requires strong, proven design talent and a deep knowledge of technical and customer best practices in a variety of environments.**You are responsible for**- Building, deploying and/or integrating solutions- Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment- Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development- Contributes to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assesses and shares repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projects- Is a key member of the implementation project and/or service team; fosters collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expert**You are part of**The Implementation team located in Mexico.**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**- Experience and affinity with a health environment (Nurse, doctor, chemical engineer, pharmacy or related)- Intermediate to Advanced English- Availability to travel within Mexico in order for the processes to be carried out at the client- SQL, software, or in database administration knowledge- Project management methodology knowledge- Good practices for documentation and BPM (Business Process Modeling) skills- Ability to work under pressure and some stress situation- Knowledge about NOM's and regulatory standards for México**In return**The ability to collaborate with, learn and grow from colleagues in a highly complex, global organization where you can use your strengths to help drive strategic business initiatives for Philips**Why should you join Philips?**Working at Philips is more than a job.
