**Implementation Consultant**
Implementation Consultant (TMS - Transportation Management System) will be responsible for working with global customers/stakeholders to rollout, and support Cargobase TMS to efficiently satisfy business requirements while balancing complexity to ensure processes are supportable and meet customer satisfaction. Individuals should be passionate about working with new technologies, products and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, and have good interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work on resolution of solution issues in collaboration with multiple Cargobase and customer stakeholders.
- Conduct design workshops around our customers' complex global Supply Chain processes.
- Synthesize customer's business requirements to create clear and comprehensive use cases and solution design documentation.
- Perform fit gap analysis between Cargobase cloud product functionality and the client's requirements.
- Capture and share best practice knowledge among Cargobase Professional Services community.
**Job Requirements**:
- 3+ years working in Supply Chain-related or SaaS-related field in increasingly
- Responsible roles including implementing complex solutions in an enterprise customer environment
- Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle and/or other ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, Master's degree a plus
- Ability to produce professional quality documentation.
- Previous experience implementing software using a software development lifecycle (SDLC) implementation model
- Supply chain certification is a plus.
- Located in or around Mexico City, Mexico area
