**Q4 is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join our team for a 6 month full time contract.
This dynamic role involves collaborating closely with the implementation team to execute task deliverables for client website projects such as data entry, quality assurance best practices, and various CMS configurations.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Self-managed individual- Proactively identify and self-assign tasks leveraging Kanban methodology- Prepare, compile, transcribe and sort content documents for data entry (including spelling and grammar checking content)- Verify integrity of data input by comparing it to source documents and requirements.- Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies.- Troubleshoot and report issues related to testing, data entry errors & missing information- Configure modules on our proprietary content management system (CMS) based on client and Implementation Manager requirements- Collaborate with team members in an agile framework through the JIRA project management platform- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders- Complete additional assigned tasks as required- Conduct quality assurance tasks for website projects, comparing against provided designs to ensure accuracy, testing functionality, and checking for errors, accessibility compliance, and responsiveness.
