We seek a Specialist Project Manager to coordinate the implementation and onboarding of projects with our platform and services clients. We are looking for a professional who brings value to our vision of the area and is relentless in their conviction that Aivo&Engageware is a reference in customer service. Your primary objective is to accompany clients in the discovery, set-up, and go-live process so they can go live with the service as quickly as possible.This role is open in Mexico City (Contractors).Your daily challenges and responsibilities will be:Management of implementation projects for new clients, providing support in the set-up process and meeting established deadlines until their product is active.Mediating with other areas of the company to meet customer needs.Periodic meetings with clients to evaluate progress and project status.Face-to-face meetings with clients if required.Identify stakeholders within the client and generate synergy for smooth customer relations.Applying Aivo&Engageware's processes for the implementation of our products.Applying experience consulting and improvements to the current customer service model.Designing, building, and managing the implementation work plan.Driving technical problem-solving and implementation with the Aivo&EW/Client technical team.Strategic vision, early warnings.Providing materials and facilitating training for the account launch.Identifying improvement opportunities within the area's process.Requirement:University/tertiary education in Information Systems, IT project management, or related careers.Advanced English.Work Experience:At least 3 years of experience in project management and client relationships.Minimum 3 years of experience working with English-speaking clients and currently working in said language.At least 3 years of experience in SaaS company implementations.Experience leading implementation teams (technical and non-technical).Experience implementing virtual assistants (highly desirable).Knowledge:Experience in Customer Experience.Agile methodologies.Handling of support and project management tools.Basic technical knowledge in system integration via APIs/Web services.What We Offer:Opportunity to work in a multicultural company with colleagues and clients from different countries.Work in a position with high visibility and growth opportunities.100% remote position.Flexible schedule.Birthday day off.Anniversary days.Experience an exceptional working environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
