We are currently looking for a Project Analyst to join our team. As a Project Analyst, you will provide support to project managers, consultants, and workstream leads for various projects, including implementations, transformations, remediations, and internal projects. Occasionally, you may need to travel to client sites and AMS locations. The size, scope, and complexity of projects may vary depending on the client engagements.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Delivering workstream and/or workstream accountabilities within the specified scope, time, and budget
- Producing process and training documentation
- Supporting process discovery, challenge, and design interventions
- Coordinating and delivering training
- Ensuring facilities and system logistics/setups are complete
- Supporting the operational stabilization period
- Designing and delivering training plans and content
- Supporting coordination of UAT activities for technology/automation
- Identifying and communicating risks and issues to the Project Manager
**To be successful in this role, you should have**:
- Extensive administrative experience supporting various deliverables
- Experience working under tight deadlines and supporting multiple activities simultaneously
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word
- The ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Desirable qualifications and experience include**:
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint, and Project
- Experience in a project environment
- Experience in recruitment or consulting
- Basic statistical analysis skills
- Understanding of AMS operations, service offerings, and client requirements
- Ability to create clear and concise process documentation
- Knowledge of industry trends and technologies, such as robotics, AI, and recruitment marketing
