Impo-Expo /Logistic Analyst

COMPANY:Vapotherm is a leading medical device company for respiratory therapies located at Parque Ind Pacifico.Position: Import/Export Logistics Analyst – MexicoWill be responsible for:Coordination of shipments of Raw Material, Finished Goods, and Equipment between San Diego, Mexico, and Texas.Handling all documentation needed to complete imports and exports related to inbound and outbound shipments for Vapotherm's Plant in Tijuana, VapoMex.Creating and maintaining all reports and transactions for Rule 8, Scrap, Freight, and Viant Epicor Transactions.Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to develop VapoMex freight cost and import/export cost metrics.Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.4+ years of experience in medical device logistics and distribution and/or Military Logistics Experience.Fluency in English – both written and verbal.Knowledge of common PC applications (Microsoft Office, etc.).Experience with import/export compliance program development and maintenance.Experience negotiating freight contracts and spot rates.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Excellent organizational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to function well in a team environment.Trained in LEAN principles is a plus.Experience in a medical device environment with knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA regulations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
