Import/ Export Analyst - Compliance

OverviewThe Import Export Analyst is responsible to prepare necessary documentation for border crossing operations in compliance with current customs regulations and legislation to Mexican and international customs in authorities.ResponsibilitiesReview and Audit Annex 24 data in preparation for Annex 30 submission to MX Customs portal.Consult ERP system to extract and analyze information for foreign trade operations.Manages and processes non-physical cross border operation documents (virtual operations, regimen changes, MX re-dispatches and regularizations) in compliance with Annex 24.Responsible data integrity for raw material and finished good data migrated from the ERP system.Responsible for auditing trade compliance documents and information on commercial invoices from point of creation in the ERP system into our customs compliance software.Responsible for data retention record organization both physical and digital.Responsible for projects related to machinery ID and inventory.QualificationsBachelor's degree in foreign Trade Compliance, International Business or similar.Intermediate English Language Skills with professional working proficiency.3 years of experience in maquiladora or shelter environment.Strong communication skillsRecent and updated knowledge of Mexican trade compliance laws & regulations.Analytical skills and ability to shape analytical findings into meaningful insights for the business.Proactive & OrganizedDetail-oriented & proficient in a teamwork orientedMicrosoft Office Basic-Intermediate level.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of Supply Chain Certifications (CTPAT and OEA)Knowledge Mexico Trade Software IXPORTKnowledge in import duty preferences (USMCA, PROSEC, 8th rule).Customer service oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
