This role will report directly to the International trading & Import/Export Manager and will support the import and export sales requirements by working in conjunction with global affiliates, sales teams, and external contracts for trading sales purpose.
**The successful incumbent will have the following Key Accountabilities**:- Administrate Export quotes, setup for new price list for Export accounts and updates at system.- Follow up on export samples request and manage opportunities resulting from sample request.- Follow up on leads coming from website and other sources- Collaborate and interact with areas related with Export sales as customer service, shipping, pricing, legal compliance, credits, logistics, into other as needed to support export sales.- Administrate the orders placed to suppliers to keep the necessary stock levels at resale warehouses for each material (Purchase requirements, verbal orders, import documentation).- Manage and track inventory of all imported products (monthly close activities as: shipments receptions at ERP, inventory reconciliation, sample handlings, reception adjustments, physical inventory coordination, audits for the re-sales business in MX.- Validate all imported products related invoices from vendors (freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, transload services, others for the re-sales business in MX.- Support the procurement team on the revision of rates from Ocean Carriers
