Import/Export Analyst

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** (Responsibilities which are highly specialized, require a large amount of time, have a limited number of people to perform task and/or the position exists primarily to perform the function.)**:Create boms in Epicor- Create USMCAs for import and export- Make sure all documents are elaborated according to incoterm for import as well as regime- Export documents per customer (Paccar, Daimler, flex, etc)- Follow up on the incoming shipments with brokers for urgent and regular shipments- Review documentation previous arrival- Monthly Anexo 24 follow up- Virtual pedimentos: Review qtys shipped vs received, follow up with customer and customs broker on the pedimento before paying- Monthly immex revision and depletion of the inventory- Follow up on new customers to add to anexo 24 and follow up on Boms.- Assure all files are available and complete (pedimento empresarial)—this software we need to have as part of the IMMEX control and all the customs movements; all files need to be available for any audit by the authorities.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**:- 3+ years in imports/exports area, anexo 24, IMMEX, manufacturing, Tax, BOMS.**BENEFICIAL EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE**:- Knowledge of Quality system standards (ISO/IATF/AS).**JOB OFFER**:- Competitive salary based on experience- Law benefits- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Other additional benefits.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $18,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Deseable)
