Be a part of our journey!**Your day to day**- Responsible for development of HS classifications and country of origin analysis.- Responsible for maintaining accuracy of trade compliance data elements in ERP system records.- Develop, refine and provide data analytics reporting of trade activities.- Assist with import valuation governance and processes.- Assist with the development and implementation of trade process, procedure and policy to mitigate risk.- Work with internal teams to support and provide guidance on new product introductions as it applies to import compliance.- Responsible for monitoring, interpreting and communicating any regulatory changes or requirements that will impact Poly's business as it relates to international trade.- Support Corporate Communications on Trade Compliance topics.- Work closely with Trade Operations to circumvent and resolve business challenges to meet company goals and initiatives.- Support internal and cross-functional projects for Trade Compliance.**What you bring to the team**- BA/BS desired- English fluency required- 3+ years of experience in Import/Export compliance programs- Experience writing policies and procedures required- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills- Experience with HS classification and country of origin determination preferred- Mexico Customs Brokerage experience desired- Excellent organizational, record keeping and communication skills- Highly adaptable to change- Team player who thrives working cross-functionally**Our Culture**At Poly, leadership principles aren't just something we talk about, they're something we live and breathe.
