Import & Export Analyst

**What you'll do**:The major roles of the Import & Export Analyst are import and export the material for the plant Cuautitlan - Eaton assurance the deliveries on time through all the customs and to maintain the follow up of each shipment and update compliance documents to reflect current regulatory requirements and procedures.
As a result of their work, the Customs Coordinator ensures Eaton's import and export operations operate smoothly and are in compliance with customs regulations.The Analyst of customs make the reports of different areas & other administrative functions as: record keeping, internal audit, etc.Import & Export shipments to different Eaton´s plantsFixed Asset of Eaton Cuautitlan.Cost Out of Label od merchandise (UVA)Review operation paperwork (legal document, customs clearance services, BL & others)Coordination of suppliers (carrier / customs broker / ocean company / airlines).Prepare advance payments to financial area.Filled up reports to operation (Vastera / Record Keeping / Follow up / others)Inventory control (Vastera)Trade compliance issues.
**Qualifications**:Bachelor degree as a Exterior commerce ,International BussinessYears and area of experience required: 3 years o more**Skills**:Technical knowledge: Knowledge of the customs law (Ley Aduanera, Anexo 22, IMMEX, RGC)Observer, Analytical, Team work, leadership, 80% o more English Languaje
