**JOB PURPOSE**:An import-export Assistant needs to have the skills to deal with the shipping process. This position must track all shipments and give status constantly. it coordinates shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries. Import export Assistant also deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.An import-export Assistant main task is to provide efficient delivery logistics through data management. They fill out import-export documentation, compile carrier and route assignments, compute international fees for each shipment, and keep track of shipment payments and quotas. Much of this work is done using automated systems that can identify shipments, collect data, and register packages with government agencies.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Needs a good knowledge of customs Law and General rules- Able to make classification of good according to the LIGIE- Proposal of actions to improve the areas- Assists the Quality and Manufacturing departments in all regarding to the imp-exp issues.- Proposals for continuous improvement to established processes- Reduction of duties, taxes and logistics costs.- Good knowledge in Regulation such a COFEPRIS, SAGARPA, SALUD, SEMARNAT permits- Manage of annex 22 and annex 24/31 ( plus)- Good communication skills with customs brokers, transports companies and internal areas- Import and export invoices- Manage all the import and export process, deal with warehouse in San diego, MX and US broker and logistic companies.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Problem solving and decision-making skills.- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.- Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.- Define, analyze and propose solutions to import export problems.- Ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $400.00 - $900.00 al díaBeneficios:- Vales de despensaHorario:- DiurnoPago complementario:- Bono de asistenciaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Cual es su nível de inglés?Experiência:- IMPORT EXPORT: 1 año (Deseable)Trabajar desde casa:- No
