The Import & Export Assitant carry out administrative activities aimed at guaranteeing and ensuring compliance with Mexican Legislation on customs and foreign trade, by reviewing the documentation used in import and export operations of productive material and machinery and equipment.In this role, the Import & Export Assistant will:Maintenance of Annex 24Review Import and Export invoices according to the different Customs RegimesMaintain and control the files of invoices and pedimentos in an orderly and updated mannerRequest and maintain a file of Certificates of Origin per yearParticipate in the achievement of the goals assigned to the departmentMaintain communication with all areas of Landis&GyrCoordinate new product operationsEnsure that the imported merchandise is in the BOMsMaintain control of loading and unloading of customs declarationsWork according to the guidelines of the Quality System and with the ISO-9001 Standard (adapt if it changes)Review of finished product numbers with your BOMCheck merchandise balances (expiration dates)Verify units of measurement of raw material vs SAPTo work according of the I.M.S.
