**Main responsibilities and Key Result Areas**:- Support in any designated activity related to department activities.- Responsible operative of the electronic and physically archive of all our import/export operations. Create an electronic file also a physical file for all the imports and exports with all the respected documents used for crossings Mexico and USA customs.- Add new raw goods part numbers to Annex 24- Preparation of raw goods importation invoices for USA and Mexico customs.- Calculate bill of materials for finished goods items and add them in to Annex 24- Preparation of finished goods exportation invoices for USA and Mexico customs and delivered documents to trucking companies for crossings.- Preparation of import and export invoices for machinery and equipment.- Preparation of virtual invoices for Mexican suppliers, review and approval of pedimentos at the end of the month.- Review and approval of weekly pedimentos for importation, exportation for raw goods, finished goodand machinery and equipment.- Review, calculate and update part numbers on Annex 24- Prepare with all the pedimentos approved the end of month report for INEGI and external consultants and finance.**Professional qualifications and knowledge**:- University degree or equivalent through experience with foreign trade, international business, logistics.- Foreign trade courses and updates.- All applicable laws related to foreign trade operations.- Microsoft Office Excel, outlook, Power Point (Intermediate- advanced)- Intermediate English level- Import and export experience, import/export consolidated operations, IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT, OEA companies, Annex 24, Annex 30, Rule 8th, international Logistics.- Experience: At least 1 years of experience in Foreign Trade Operations**Competencies and personal skills**:- Proactive to solve problems detect opportunities.- Eager to learn and grow in the company.- Teamwork- Good communication- Responsible- Strong analytical skills- Embraces fact-based decision making.- Able to take decisions based on ambiguity and lack of information.- Strong project management skills- Flexible and stress-resistant- Hands-on mentality and result driven.- Strong drive for excellence**Interested?**:Please apply, we are looking forward to hear from you!**Abril Bojorquez, HR Generalist
