Import & Export Compliance Supervisor

**Scholarship**:Foreign / International Trade, International Business or to order.

**Experience**:Minimum of 5 years in Foreign Trade and Customs

**Knowledge**:Intermediate English, Microsoft Office Management, Incoterms, Customs Legislation, Maquiladora Industry, Annex 24 and 30, Free Trade Agreements and SAP Knowledge

**FUNCTIONS OR TASKS**:
A) Close communication with Customs Agents, competent Customs Authorities and supplier of Annex 24

B) Responsible for the search for best international trade practices

C) Mastery in management Annex 24 and Annex 30

D) Responsible for the Inventory Control System (Annex 24)

E) Knowledge in the use of DATASTAGE

F) Knowledge in filling out Nafta certificates of origin

G) Responsible for the administration and management of Annex 30

H) Knowledge of conciliations and discharge reports of Annex 24

I) Handling Bill of Materials and/or Product Structures for Annex 24

J) Knowledge of Customs Legislation and International Treaties

K) Knowledge of the IMMEX Program, PROSEC, 8th Rules, VAT and OEA Certification

L) Knowledge about Maintenance of C-TPAT Certification

M) Extensive knowledge of Incoterms

N) Responsible for compliance with Obligations derived from Promotion Programs or Certifications that the company has

O) Generate reports of metrics of your department

P) Work team coordination

Q) Development, evaluation and management of internal policies and procedures of the department

R) Comply with all obligations inherent to foreign trade operations
