.We are currently seeking a highly organized and responsible Import/Export Coordinator on-site at our factory in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico.In our company, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of shipments of our products, working with international suppliers and customers, transporters, and agents to oversee compliance with customs trade agreements, security, and tax regulations while coordinating the process.If you're a professional with skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making, you can contribute to the growth of international customers and markets.You will be joining a global company with 50 years of experience in creating outstanding value to our customers, beyond what any traditional or conventional ventilation solution has ever done.**Your impact and responsibilities**This position ensures that the company follows the customs rules and regulations of Mexico and exporting/importing countries, reducing the risk and costs of international trades and avoiding penalties, delays, or disputes that may arise. It involves developing and implementing systems and policies to manage documentation, packaging, labeling, insurance, and payment processing required for shipping materials around the world.In your role as an Import/Export Coordinator, you will report directly to the COO at the Denmark headquarters.Your responsibilities will include:- Manage and execute import / export processes efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations.- Ensure timely submission of reports and information to to regulatory authorities.- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and custom brokers to facilitate smooth import/export operations.- Obtain, operate, and update IMMEX Annex 24 databases for industrial companies and C-TPAT certification.- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for SAP & IMMEX and Annex 24 gap.
