Import and Export CoordinatorWe are seeking an Import and Export Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in customs processes, coordinating carriers, customs brokers, and agents. The candidate will be responsible for supervising import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and properly managing temporary inventories under the FIFO system.Location: Playas de Rosarito, Baja California Norte.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Advanced English (80% written, spoken, and read).U.S. visa (mandatory).Availability to travel and own a vehicle.Responsibilities:Coordination of carriers, customs agents, and brokers.Management of Annex 24 and 31.Supervision of customs clearances.Management of virtual import and export operations.Control of temporary inventories under the FIFO system.Reporting and interacting with government agencies for customs compliance.Use of ERP's and import/export systems (LIA, ERPs).Job Type: Full-timeWork Schedule:DaytimeApplication Questions:Do you have a valid passport and visa?Are you available for international travel?Do you own a vehicle?Education:Bachelor's degree (mandatory)Language:Advanced English (oral and written) (mandatory)Workplace: On-site employment#J-18808-Ljbffr
