**Summary**:Responsible for the preparation of paperwork and coordination with brokers and carriers for customs clearance of shipments containing raw material, equipment, supplies and Finished Goods. Ensures that Customs paperwork and transactions are completed accurately, in a timely manner and according to Trade Regulations.**Essential duties and responsibilities**:- Prepare & Audits Customs Documentation Ensenada Ocean Containers (Raw Material, PFG)- Monitors and Manages the Timely Customs Release of Shipments.- Communicate in a timely manner the arrival of the material to warehouse department and the involved parties. (Submits Imports Pre-Alert)- Maintain and Distribute Ocean Containers Imports Report- Work with Purchasing and Warehouse to resolve receiving discrepancies.- ZOE & Customs Reports (GLOSA) Match Validation (IN,AF)- Prepare & Audits Customs Documentation MX Suppliers Virtual Operations (Raw Materials & Scrap)- Audit and Approval of Import Pedimentos (V1)- Record keeping of import & export documents /pedimentos.- Identifies procedural gaps and areas of improvement and opportunity in NAM import or export processes.- Support Sr. Global Trade Manager with Cash Management and OPEX project initiative.- Trains associates on trade compliance topics.- Assist with the monitoring of North America KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree (required)- 2+ years of Trade Compliance experience- Experience of Import-Export regulations (Including IMMEX, U.S. Import and Export Licensing)- FDA knowledge (preferred), Import-Export Compliance, Reglas Octavas, OEA, CTPAT.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Annex 24 System.- MS Excel (Intermediate)- English (Intermediate)COVID-19 considerations:All visitors are required to wear a mask, temperature is taken at the entrance.**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Trade Compliance: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
