**Since 31 years North American Production Sharing (NAPS) assists companies to set up and manage, on an ongoing basis, their own operations in Mexico, offering our clients excellent personalized service, technological tools to remotely monitor their factories, and full compliance with all the laws of Mexico.****Principal functions**Plan and lead the import or export flow of the different shipments, collect data to prepare the required documentation both in customs and follow up on materials and machinery in transit until they reach their final destination.**Responsibilities**1. Receive, gather and prepare the necessary documentation for import and/or export of merchandise by Mexican and American customs2. Follow up on Materials in Transit.3. Plan and direct the flow of different shipments.4. Coordinate import and export merchandise transportation activities when necessary.5. Coordinate import and export activities with Mexican and American customs agents.6.Coordinate and obtain the necessary authorizations for the payment of import and export motions.7. Identify and report merchandise that does not have the necessary permits.8. Gather and send the customs agencies the necessary information for the tariff classification of new merchandise.9.Being in contact with clients to detect and report deviations in procedures as well as special or sensitive operational needs.10. Review the information contained in custom form or authorize their closure.11. Feed information related to import and export operations in the inventory control system for customs purposes and send digital files.**Requirements**:1. Experience: 3 years in documentation management and Import and Export procedures as well as management of inventory control system preferably Intrade.2. Education Professional Studies3. Language 90% (Writing, Reading and Conversation)4. Others Intrade system, I-XPORT, Office**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per day
