Ability to do connect the dots and build connections**Key Responsibilities**- Primarily responsible for US/MX border crossing coordination, Secondary international shipments.- Process, and ensure compliance with MX, US, and foreign government laws and regulations.- Expedites the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentation and transportation.- Coordinates with the procurement/sourcing department to establish an efficient export classification and prepare tariff schedule.- Reduce cost for transportation- Expert with trucking, ocean freight carriers, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and ability to negotiate.- Handle Logistics between 3PL, warehousing in Mexicali and Calexico,- Handle incoming and outgoing raw material and finished goods- Obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes.- Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide an optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues.- Perform all record-keeping processes and maintain records of all entries.- Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with custom brokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents.- Perform an audit on all import and export files on a regular basis and to ensure the best rates.- Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all import and export policies and perform regular audits on all broker activities.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $1,200.00 al díaHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Ingles 90% (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
