Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you as an Import Export Operations Specialist will be responsible for handling Import & Export operations based on our internal procedures, training, being in compliance with MX Customs laws and regulations.
About the job:
- Manage import/export operations under legal MX Customs Compliance. (ZFP,ZRAW, Machinery and equipment, etc.)- Manage virtual import/export operations under the legal MX Customs Compliance.- Maintain recordkeeping of all import/export operations based in our internal procedures.- Support the MX Trade Compliance Supervisor and MX Trade Compliance Manager on different tasks and projects.- Maintain communication with users, Customs Agents, Warehouse, Government institutions and other internal departments.
About you:
- International Trade/Law bachelor's degree- Minimum 1 Year of Experience in MX International Trade, MX Customs Brokers or Maquilas field.- English (at least 50%)- Inventory Management- Basic proficiency, Microsoft Office, Internet, and Job Specific Software app- High attention to detail
