This position is responsible for the Administration of the inventory control system Annex 24 and Annex 30 (formerly known as Annex 31), also the review and analysis for the conciliation process of the system vs. ERP/physical inventory done by the plants. In charge of keeping the permits or licenses of products regulated by the Ministry of Economy in force (Rule Eight) and provides support in compliance with CIVA, OEA and CTPAT.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Maintain the inventory control system (Annex 24) (Prisma)Validate A30 results and Submit to SATAnalysis of tax payments to process permits or licenses for products regulated by the Ministry of Economy.
