Import Export Specialist

ResponsibilitiesProviding correct documentation to Custom Brokers needed for the export procedure and clearance (invoices, letter of instruction, etc).Track and trace shipments and notify our customers when needed.Assure the information declared in pedimento is correct before payment in order to mitigate compliance risks to MCM (Duties, quantities, regimen, material description, etc).Keep updated and maintain perfect communication with all internal customers.Responsible for integrating import record keeping, in order to comply with customs law.Support internal projects for logistics.Comply with activities and trainings related to Customer Service satisfaction for internal and external suppliers.Comply with activities and trainings to ensure accomplishment of internal goals, KPIs, and Continuous Improvement.Qualifications:Minimum Educational Requirements:Professional Degree preferably in International or Foreign Trade, or Management.Minimum Working Experience:At least four years of experience in Import/Export or Customs matters.Experience in basic concepts of Compliance.Technical Competencies:Fluent in English (90%).Experience working in a Customs brokerage environment strongly preferred.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.SAP experience desired.#J-18808-Ljbffr
