**Job title**: Import & Export Specialist**Location**: Santa Fe**Education**: Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineer, International Trade, Logistic or similar.
**Experience**: 4 - 5 years of experience in related positions**Languages**: English, Advanced**Purpose of the job**: Responsible to ensure all import and export activities run on time, according to the current government regulations and procedures.
Supervise all customs agent activities to release all the cargo according to Amcor needs and be the main link between Amcor and Customs Agent**Functions**:- 1.
Maintain the import and export service level from suppliers to Amcor and Intercompany- 2.
Shipments tracking through right communication and coordination between suppliers, customs agent, carrier and Amcor- 3. Review of Customs declarations- 4.
Taxes calculation and request for funds to pay them- 5.
Packing list and all documents preparation- 6.
Certificates of origin management- 7.
Align close expenses with customs agent, carrier and Amcor- 8.
Duties and incoterm management depend of the product to be imported | exported- 9.
Expense forecast to ensure funds to day to day operation- 10.
KPI´s management- 11.
Rates review with procurement- 12.
