Import / Export Specialist - Logistics

Department:Material PlanningWe are a medium-sized, international company that is driven by technology. We integrate our standard products into custom systems for various assembly functions to accommodate our customers in automotive, appliance, aerospace, medical, and other industries.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking an Import/Export Specialist located in Arteaga, Coahuila.Main Tasks:- Handle Import and Export Logistics Management and Customs Affairs.- Monitor cost and effectivities of activities to optimize resources and reliability.- Coordinate and follow-up shipments logistics from around the globe.- Prepare documents to comply with Mexico transit and customs regulations.- Work along our team to clarify technical use and functions of components imported in order to provide custom broker with information to properly classify merchandise.- Fulfill invoicing process and keep track of payment and credit of our suppliers.- Maintain pediment master data and YTD import cost report.- Direct communication with shipping lines, transport service providers and brokers to effectively execute processes.**Requirements**:- At least 3+ years' work experience in Manufacturing.- Directly involved in day-to-day import and export operations.- Fluent in English (verbal and writing)- Organized and disciplined approach.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones superiores a las de ley- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horas
