Import Traffic Chief

**R **Responsibilities**- Supervise and train to Traffic assistants who are part of yourstaff.- Supervision of activities related to compliance, development, and implementation of established procedures for each of them. Updating those already established.- Support responses to requirements from different government agencies related to the activity.- Supervise the maintenance of physical and electronic import archives.- Supervise the proper functioning of the Aranxel and Business Customs Declaration systems by contacting support personnel when necessary, as well as proposing improvements to both systems.- Conduct internal audits of import records to determine the company's situation and develop necessary corrective action plans to rectify any irregularities found.- Supervise compliance with the IMMEX program requirements, support with reporting to INEGI.- Ongoing training regarding changes established by Laws, regulations, and rules related to Foreign Trade and ensuring the implementation and communication of any relevant changes.**R **Requirements**Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in ground, sea, and air imports.- Speed and High Analytical Capacity- Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability- Promote alternatives- Capacity for Interpretation of Laws- Leadership- Ability and agility for computer data entry- Software Management (Aranxel, Business Customs Declaration)- Customs Operations- Customs Law- Regulations and Laws Related to the field- Spreadsheet and value declaration- 80% English fluency
