Imports Intern
DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
- Audit and process US and CA customs broker invoices for payment.
- Monitor, calculate and measure the missing, non-transmitted and/or pending invoices.
- Contact the internal Michelin import requesters for accurate payment accounts.
- Measure and monitor the volume of missing or non-transmitted invoices and communicate to Michelin´s customs brokers.
- Follow-up and log the special projects´ invoices to ensure payment.
- Communicate and alert import analyst´s and specialists of customs entry packet corrections and amendments.
- Alert import analysts and specialists of required duty refunds.
- Receive and process invoice payment rejection requests to request accurate accounts and processing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or related (7th semester or above)
- English - Advanced
- Availability to work 4-5 hours daily
