The basic objectives of this position are to ensure the arrival of the merchandise on time, control of transportation costs, customs compliance.**:**This position is responsible for carrying out all export in line with JCI's internal and external policies regarding foreign trade.**:**How you will do it?**:- **Receive load requirements from Norman Plant from Sr. Logistic Manager.**:- **Consolidate the client demand.**:- **Define the production volum to goes fron CF2 to Ryder.**:- **Program the requirement in MES for all material to goes from CF2 to Ryder.**:- **Scheduling the transport for domestic movements.**:- **Elaborate the plan for the Sales Order.**:- **Create a Loading plan for all weekend (for de export movements).**:- **Request the transport for weekly plan.**:- **Create the billing and cross border documents in SAP.**:- **Notify the customer the scheduling shipment.**:- **Review of customer invoices.**:- **In case of detecting a discrepancy, notify the Customs Agent. *Notify the recall***:- **Reception of crossing documents and notification to carriers.**:- **Preparation of carta porte.**:- **Record of generated Pedimentos.**:- **Freigth control.**:- **Capture the Invoices in Vastera.**:- **Client communication.**:**What are we looking for?**:**Engineering Bachelor's degree. Minimum of five years of progressive experience traffic controller and Customs Agencies, client services. Professional recognition and industry networking are desired.
