The IMS Engineer shall support the plant by providing technical support to the integrated management systems (ISO 9001/14001, 45001, ISO 27001, and 22301) using problem-solving techniques in an environment of continuous improvement.
In this role, the IMS Engineer will:
Support IMS management, ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are issued as required, properly investigated, documented, effective, and completed on time.Manage and support users in the Corrective and Preventive Action process and Continuous Improvement.Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits for ISO 9K, 14K, 45K, ISO 27K, and 22301.Support external audits; possess writing and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Develop, update, and maintain documents for ISO 9K, 14K, 45K, ISO 27K, and 22301 standards in accordance with business requirements.Coordinate the Management Reviews.Facilitate continuous improvements.Develop, implement, and maintain a quality system for the products under his responsibility.Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create detailed Technical Reports.Sense of urgency.People management skills (engineers and technicians) and being a team player.Planning and organization skills.Problem-solving abilities.Teamwork coordination.Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Integrated Management Systems such as ISO 9K, 14K, 45K, 27K, and 22301.4-year Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a similar position.If you have the drive and enthusiasm to accept this challenge and to work in a very dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment, we look forward to meeting you.
