**General Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Up to date with Mexican accounting.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers and clients.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring appropriate classification and coding.
- Assist in payroll processing, including calculating employee hours and wages.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Preserve the confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Support during audits and tax preparation as needed.
- Provide backup to the accounting department as necessary.
- Keep precise records of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, daily financial entries, and reconciliations.
- Execute daily accounting tasks like monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
- Factura management and policies
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices, primarily related to Mexican tax laws, requirements, and practices.
- Proficiency with Accounting Software: Experience with accounting software and familiarity with government tax platforms are preferred. Zoho One experience is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite and advanced knowledge of accounting software.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English, especially in accounting terms, is crucial.
**Payment**:$15,000.00 to 20,000.00 MXN gross monthly depending on experience. Law with benefits. Hours: 9 to 6 pm daily, Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour break each day.
