Come learn how the largest online retailer in the world runs its fulfillment and delivery networks!Job Requirements:Ability to work weekends, holidays, and/or overnight shiftsAbility to work overtime both in peak season and as neededLocations and Placement:The position is NOT a corporate role and will be located in a Fulfillment CenterKey Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and develop a team of 50 to 200 Amazon AssociatesCommunicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when neededCreate, manage, and support recognition and communication programsSupport all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all AssociatesEnsure procedures are followed for building security and product loss preventionPartner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standardsDevelop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and qualityBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- A completed Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- 3+ years of General Experience- English Intermediate-Advanced (B2+)- Spanish Fluent- 2+ years of employee and performance management experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA or similar- Solid experience using Lean manufacturing methodologies.- Previous experience in Project Management- Solid experience managing department's KPIs and driven results- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation or related.- Logistics Background from Operations environment, preferably from First-Middle Mile Ops
