The Role
As the Sales Account Executive Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in our expanding team, focusing specifically on leading and advancing the sales efforts for the performance and expenses features of our cutting-edge HR software.
What Will You Be Doing? Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring their success.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, driving motivation and accountability.Take ownership of managing Sales-qualified deals and enhancing the customer experience, particularly in the execution of the sales cycle.Identify, engage with, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making journey, steering them through the entire sales cycle to successful closure.Develop innovative account plans and strategies to surpass sales quotas, employing creative and consultative selling techniques.Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.Provide accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.Your Profile Possess a Hunter mentality, demonstrating hunger, persistence, and a strong work ethic.Have at least 2 years of closing B2B sales.Experience leading a team of Account Executives and managing more than 5 people.Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.Excel as a communicator, quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals.Proactively generate and champion new ideas, demonstrating initiative and creativity.Exhibit full ownership and accountability for all activities undertaken.Fluent in English and Spanish is required.Bonus Points You have been Top Performer in your previous roles.Have worked in relation to Human Resources Department.Sales in SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments.We care about people and we also offer a lot of benefits for employees:
