Position Summary: The Inbound Sales Development Representatives are responsible for receiving, processing, and routing marketing leads to the appropriate sales representative. Leads can be received by email, phone calls or SFA. In addition, ISD Representatives are tasked with conducting outbound lead generation efforts and special data enhancement projects. Job Responsibilities: • Process and deliver inbound leads • Answer phone calls from prospects and current customers • Data enhancement, address corrections and merging duplicate accounts, Special Projects ADHOC • Outbound lead generation efforts - phone & email, Process leads from enterprise partners via SFA Requirements: • A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses • Area of study: Business Administration or Marketing • One to two years in Customer Service • Special certifications or technical skills: Computer Skills • Other/preferred: Strong English fluency spoken and written is a key requirement
